Earlier in the month we took a field trip to North Windy Ridge school to talk about upcycling! We met the students from the Recycled Craft Club and showed them a few of our cool items, plus did some brainstorming to figure out what they could make with things like carpet samples, thermoses, and those ever-abundant K-cups.

A big thank you to our Sole Hope helpers! We salvaged many yards of scrap fabric and denim, and cut enough fabric for 13 pairs of shoes that will go to toddlers in Africa.
